• Earlier in life I learnt dance and music... continue to be passionate about these arts.
• As a  classical dancer I taught dance and entertainment to handicapped children for more than 5 years.
• I'm an  avid sports person.
• Theatre... from Basant Ka Teesra Yauvan to Sir Sir Sarla; from Pahila Vahila to An Actor Dies But to Sakharam BInder... these workshops in progress go beyond the individual role and bring out the actor from every cell in my body.
  
• I started my film career playing a 'tree' in Girish Karnad's Cheluvi.
• Films... from an  innocent kid sister in the award-winning  Marathi film Doghi to the victorious protagonist of Daayraa -  winner of the French Grand Prix Award; from brave 'mother figure' of Hrithik Roshan in Mission Kashmir to a thoroughly modern miss in Dil Chahta Hai; from Aishwarya Rai's best buddy in Gurinder Chadha's Bride and Prejudice to Omar Sharif's impetuous granddaughter in Lamberto Lambertini's Italian film Fire At My Heart .... Been there? Done that? Yes!

The passion within me keeps me alive. I feel I should work in as many genres and languages as I can. I want to try new things and reach out to the whole world. I have worked hard to get here. I want to enjoy every moment of it.
